  We have had our dog Vixen insured with Pet Insurance Australia virtually since the day we brought her home from the RSPCA as a tiny puppy. She is now about 5 years old.
  She recently developed a suspicious lump on her paw which needed biopsies, and then some fairly significant surgery. Fortunately the biopsies came back as clear for cancer, which is what we were worried about. Claiming through PIA was the easiest part of the whole process, with the claims being processed very quickly, and money back in my account also very quickly.
  I am pretty happy with the process - logging claims, communications, and payments have all been simple and without hassle.
  Highly recommend, Cathy, Rob and Vixen :-)

  We had an unexpected surgery for our mastiff Willow. Pet Insurance Australia covered a major part of this leaving us with a more manageable bill. The quick Gap Only process is fantastic!

  Our Australian Shepherd Archer recently required surgery with a specialist ophthalmologist for a large ulcer on his eye. With multiple vet visits a specialist appointment and eventually surgery PIA have been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. All of our claims were smooth from start to finish with great communication and easy transactions,nothing was ever questioned. With the price of vet and specialist bills during a time where the cost of living has increased it was a relief to know that we had this insurance in place. It took the stress out of what could have been a stressful time for me and my family. We love our Boy so much and to see him now Two and a half weeks post surgery and smiling makes me happy.

  For the second time, Pet Insurance Australia has paid out exactly what they promised to cover the majority of costs for my dogs surgery.
  Absolutely no fuss, paid into my nominated account in less than 4 business days.
  The vet sends the claim, I have not had to lift a finger.
  Always, highly recommend.
