Awful service. Used one of these powerbanks in a CBD hotel and received one charge of $10 and another charge of $20. Ridiculously expensive

Didn’t get the chance to drop portable charger within the window frame and emailed EzyCharge Info. Speedy response and willing to help out. Great service!

Hired two power banks at dreamworld today. Both failed to work properly. I emailed to get a refund but no reply. Now I am out of pocket $14. Such a scam really.

I have consulted to Ezycharge for 5 years and watched each stage of growth and participated in the strategic development of a pathway to becoming the countries largest phone charging supplier! The journey has been one of significant progress coupled with inevitable challenges.

The companies’ integrity, strategy and motivation is unrivalled. Happy to issue 10 stars if it was available! Any suggestion of anything but integrity is frankly unfounded and unfair.

    Keep it up guys!

In my opinion, I can definitely agree with a previous review and state that the ezycharge power bank station is misleading. The stations advertise information that makes you believe this is either a free product to use for 30 minutes or that the initial $10 fee will be returned up the returning of the power bank. However, once you have already "purchased" the item, you realise that there are other fees attached which weren't openly advertised at the station. Quite disappointing, especially to take advantage of the crowds at AusOpen, knowing many people would need battery throughout the day and would be willing to pay any price. At least advertise it more clearly!
