As we were new to the criminal law process, Adam was patient and empathetic, explaining the process thoroughly. At the sentencing hearing Adam was considered and highly proficient in his arguments, which ultimately resulted in the best outcome that we could have expected. The fee structure was transparent and reasonable. We would highly recommend Perrella Legal.

Cannot thank Adam Hammond enough for his hard work and professional and honest service. Navigating the legal system is difficult at best, and switching over to Perrella Legal (after receiving poor service from another firm) was the best decision I made. I was incredibly anxious about the whole experience and Adam was very helpful and supportive. I received a fine and spent conviction which was the best possible outcome.
I put alot of time and effort into researching just about every criminal lawyer in Perth, and definitely believe i made the right choice. Thanks again to Mr Hammond and the team at Perrella.response / report this review -

Ashleigh Antoine recently represented me in court. She was brilliant throughout the whole process from start to finish, I had no prior knowledge or experience of the legal system and she put my mind at ease throughout after some stressful moments. She showed she truly cared and knows her profession. I received a fair result that Ashleigh pushed for after what was looking like an immediate prison sentence. If anyone needs a criminal lawyer then Ashleigh and Perrella Legal are the people you should get. I cannot thank Ashleigh enough

Ms Ashleigh Antoine recently represented me in court. She was absolutely amazing from the first time we met, I felt comfortable and trusted her with my case. She genuinely cared about me and the case. She went above and beyond and I received the best unexpected outcome for a serious charge and walked away without any charge. I needed to engage in the services of a criminal lawyer and i was recommended to contact Michael. From the moment we met him he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helped calm the nerves at such a stressful time. Michael's successful experience was very reassuring and he was honest from the very beginning. Dealing with the unknown and inexperienced with the legal process can be very stressful and leave you with a lot of unanswered questions and emotions you cant get out of your head.
I am pleased to say that journey stopped when I secured the services of Michael Perrella himself from Perrella Legal.
My son, through the use of substance abuse committed crimes that I felt may have incarcerated him for many years.
Whilst he was incarcerated, it was no where near as long as we thought.
I believe it was because Mr Perella's knowledge as a former prosecutor, defence lawyer and the court system was so precise that when he spoke with us and represented us in court there was an immediate level of respect felt between the Magistrate and Michael.
Michael was detailed in his approach and methodical with his strategies,
all of which secured minimised penalties and consequences far beyond our expectations.
Every time we left court we had a smile on our face and it was because of what Michael achieved for my son and our entire family.
If you're scared, nervous, unsure, having sleepless nights, I feel a call and meeting with Michael Perrella is the best advice I could offer.

I was required to engage a lawyer in a legal matter, and was referred to Perrella Legal. I only wish I came across him earlier.
From the first moment I had contact with Perrella Legal and throughout the matter, at all times I can thoroughly attest to Michael's comprehensive legal knowledge and utmost professionalism. Immediately you get the sense that you're in very capable hands. Which you are. All my questions were answered without hesitation, all my instructions were taken on board and acted on promptly. Most importantly, his background and experience in what could be a legal minefield was extremely reassuring. Michael and his lawyer Annette were both fantastic, always clear in all their communications and put me at ease during what could be at times stressful circumstances.
