I bought a used car at Peninsula Skoda and the whole purchase experience was great. I dealt with Cole, and the service and communication from when I put down my deposit to picking up the keys was first rate. They really did bend over backwards to help, fixing little dents and scratches on the vehicle, and were very accommodating in me getting a pre purchase inspection. Would buy from them again.

The best team of people i have met at any car dealership in 20 years of motoring.
Everyone i have dealt with here is kind, genuine and sincere.
Special mention to Josh in Sales and Blair in the Service Department who are both a pleasure to deal with at all times, providing the best customer service and experience.
I highly recommend Peninsula Skoda, even one year on from initial purchase they are still just as good! I was fortunate to find this dealership.response / report this review -

Fantastic experience at Peninsula Skoda, With the help of Josh (Love ya my man!) i secured myself a beautiful black Superb sportline. The service was friendly, fast and i had plenty of help learning the features of my new vehicle. The environment was welcoming and everyone was very willing and sociable. A special thank you to Jodie in the finance department for helping me secure the vehicle and even the service department that replaced a defective window trim for me without question that we noticed. No problems since!

What a car dealership experience should be like. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Steven was great from the get go. Immediate reply, happy to negotiate (without the heavy sell) and great at explaining the car features and purchasing procedure. I feel like I've been treated as a valued customer. Thank you.

Amazing service from Joshua Dutton @ Peninsula Skoda. Josh have been extremely responsive, efficient and helpful since first contact. We live in Sydney and Josh was able to secure the car we wanted that the Sydney dealers could not offer due to limited stocks. Despite not having to met Josh in person, he was still able to provide us with a seamless purchasing experience (via email and phone). While waiting for the shipment to arrive, he kept us posted of the status on a regular basis. as soon as the car arrived, he shared photos with us. Thanks again Josh!
