Great place to stay just outside Margaret river! View was nice for the sunset and they had their own lama haha. Friendly home owners and very happy with everything

A wonderful location with an amazing view, you can see both Margaret River and the sea through huge windows. Comfortable big house, cosy and clean. I loved the king size bed though, super comfy!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY.
My wife & I & our Greyhound Dexter enjoyed our 3 night stay here in the Villa. The outlook from the decking over the valley was a welcoming site. Loved the design of the all kitchen windows with a view of the courtyard.

Dexter loved the wild smells outside with his ears & eyes peeled for rabbits, & his first time sight of the roo's next door was delightful to watch him work out what it was.

The villa was very clean, comfy & had everything we needed. At the time of our stay we had lots of rain & hail which covered the deck & looked like snow.

The accommodation is pet friendly & is well designed with the kitchen & living upstairs & the bedrooms & bathroom down stairs. It has r/c heating & cooling upstairs & oil heaters for the bedrooms which was very sufficient even in the cold nights we had. The accommodation is located very handy between Margaret River Town & the beach..

We rate Pearl River Houses (Villa) 4.5 out of 5..

What can I say, such a GORGEOUS, magical property. My husband and I got married there in March 2018 and could not have asked for a more beautiful place. Jenni was so accommodating and helpful and made our wedding an absolute delight! 5 Stars!!
