My review is about their online ordering. I ordered a robot vacuum in december. The only thing i received was the invoice. Multiple calls and no update about shipping or tracking. No one replies emails. I just don't understand why is it so difficult for these guys to actually ship the products on time. I would never buy again or recommend this business to anyone.

They expect you to know more about computers than what you do, other than that, it's a bargain price.
I was annoyed at first, but I got over it. They do try and help, but my original point was, I don't know everything about the hardware of computers. If you sent this to a novice, they wouldn't know what to do.
The stuff is good, and cheap, but I still needed advice on how to get it to work properly.
I'm behind this company, but they just need to explain things a bit better.response / report this review -

When things go wrong with an order, how it is handled makes all the difference. In my case, only part of the order was dispatched, when I called to advise of the issue, rather than advising they will look into the error, I was rudely told to send an email as those who answer the phone don't look after online orders. As of time of writing this review, emails and social media messages have been ignored and my request for refund for goods which were not sent was denied.
After 4 more phone calls and lots of excuses I've now been advised they will be sending out the missing items tomorrow.
*Update - Replacement missing items have arrived. I still would not be in a rush to shop here again.response / report this review -

This business and their service is amazing! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're a gamer or looking for a new computer, peripherals etc, this is the place to go to. Order online, they're legit. We drove there because we didn't know the brand before buying a new laser printer off them.
