What fantastic people and service
I arranged a mobility scooter for a friend who traveled to SA
From the moment I rang to enquire I was looked after by Mary who went out of her way to provide all the info and look after what I needed
I was allowed to “pimp” up the scooter which my friend thoroughly got a kick out of it
Drop off and pick up went as planned and I received updates and messages to let me know

Absolutely first class service, it was at 4.58 pm on the Thursday before the Easter weekend and i needed a wheelchair. Sorry but I cannot remember the lady's name at their Beverley site. She went out of her way to deliver to my neighbours house as i was still at the RAH. We have bought several items in the past, and were extremely impressed with their service. Hi highly recommend Homecare Equipment wether it be for hiring or buy outright.

I was served by Vince in the Keswick store. He was a lovely gentleman as when you are old people treat you differently. He was kind and respectful and tried to help you the best way he can. I recommend him as a gentleman and was a very kind salesman. May god give him good luck. I went to another store and they were so rude. Vince is a gentleman plus!
