Terrible service. Rude receptionist.
Chair is at least 25 years old and ready for the tip long ago. Literally held together with duct tape and rusty as well. Chair is so slow it isn’t safe to cross the road in it and the electric-magnetic brakes don’t work; chair keeps creeping forward when you’ve let go of joystick.

When I asked for a different chair I was told I couldn’t change my mind and rude receptionist rang the manager to complain that I wouldn’t take the chair I’d originally requested.
Ended up being shunted out the door with a terrible chair that in no way suits my disability.

These people are seem to have zero training in disability and mobility supports and couldn’t care less.

Go there at your peril

Excellent service and very nice people. I was desperate to get my Heartway S26 Verve from Queensland fixed, but Heartway offer no service in Victoria. This company fixed it for one third the price, and organised a hire scooter for me.

I purchased a used scooter from them and a couple of things have gone however they have picked it up, given me a loaner and returned mine back very quickly. They do their best to accommodate me which I really appreciate. Aleesha and all her staff are friendly

The whole team are top notch, they go above & beyond to deliver a fantastic level of service.

Most well run businesses can deliver a good customer experience when everything goes as planned.

The real test is how things are handled when the unexpected happens, or difficulties arise.

The team of Ronald, Aleesha, Sandra & Anthony have shown more than once that they can rise to the occasion and still deliver great friendly service, even under the pressure of difficult or unexpected circumstances at short notice.

Having been a customer for several months now, I highly recommend them to anybody needing to hire a mobility aid or other disability aids.

Absolutely amazing service!!.I hired a scooter for my mom at the Royal Melbourne show. Mum and I were very happy with the service and the staff were absolutely lovely too. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of hiring a mobility scooter.
