We engaged Dylan to completely renovate our two bathrooms. He and his trades were prompt, responsive and did an excellent job to a quality standard. Nothing was a problem for Dylan, his attitude to making the client happy was fantastic and we are very grateful for having Dylan carry our renovation works. He also assisted us with additional works in our home, such as arranging an engineer for opening up a wall, installing our kitchen drop ceiling and rendering throughout the home. We are very happy we engaged Passion Built and highly recommend engaging them for any renovation needs You have. You won’t be disappointed.

**Small bathroom & laundry, strongly recommend***
Dylan and his team converted our laundry into a small bathroom, and converted the backyard dunny into a laundry. Communication, problem solving (surprises of older houses!) and scheduling were outstanding. Dylan was super helpful in engineering a solution that we could use our washing machine during the construction time, which was really important. Passion Built renovated my upstairs bathroom into a bathroom/laundry combo, Dylan was professional, polite and great in managing all the various tradesman to come in on the designated day for each to do their job and Dylan met the deadline for the completion of the bathroom. Also always quick to respond to text messages if I had any questions. I absolutely love my bathroom/Laundry combo. Thank you, Dylan, for doing such a great a job it looks amazing!! And I would recommend Passion Built!!

Connected with Dylan a few months ago from a recommendation I received. From the onset I found Dylan to be responsive, polite and professional. We had two bathrooms completely transformed with Dylan and his team. One of the things I enjoyed most about the experience was the detailed project plan I received prior to works beginning. This allowed me to plan my time accordingly and to his word, Dylan and the team stuck to the project plan for the entire process which I was really impressed with. Sure we had some hick-ups along the way (nothing ever goes to plan right?), but this is where Dylan's true professionalism and maturity really stood out. Dylan was able to properly sort these out swiftly and to his absolute credit ensured we were happy with the decisions made which we immensely appreciated. And the end result looks amazing! The team have completely transformed our bathrooms to little oasis's. Thanks to Dylan, Ben, Dean, Josh, Kyle and the entire team for a great job !! I would have no hesitation recommending Dylan's services (in fact I already have)!!!

Dylan and his team did a perfect job. You can see he’s built my dream bathroom to the highest of specs and with an amazing eye to details. I found him on the internet and wasn’t a personal connexion but he was so professional from quote, to reference and throughout the whole project. His pricing was complétive too. I left to Europe while the work was being done. It went without any issue and I came back to a beautiful bathroom in a clean house. His team went above and beyond. For instance I thought the spot lights were too “cool” and his team came to change it to a warmer colour to make sure I was 100% happy. Dylan is a great communicator, a nice person to deal with and someone who has delivered to high expectations. I recommend!
