Really rude old bag behind the counter (co-operator?).
Asked if she could please pass me a registered envelope from behind the counter to address it before l brought it back up to send (most post offices have them on the shop floor) and she told me to wait until she’d finished doing what she was doing,
I said ok.
Then she remarked loudly to another customer, “if he doesn’t want to wait, then it’s bad luck”.
Unnecessary.
I was polite when I asked, and wasn’t pushy at all.
I walked out rather than tell her what a nasty old slapper she was.

I’d like to complain about the current motorbike post lady for Dayboro. My Mother and myself have been very displeased with how she has delivered/treated our parcels. The motorbike post lady has thrown our parcels over the fence, left it on top of the mail box and on the fence leaning on the mailbox. We have gone to the post office also and haven’t been able to pick up parcels after the time it says and have gone back the next day to be told that our parcel is not there yet again as she hasn’t dropped it off.

We are Extremely Disappointed with the motorbike post lady. Something needs to be done.

I attended Dayboro Post Office on the 8/7/2020 as I needed to return a car part that I ordered and found to be incorrect.As I’d never had to return anything in the past, I had no idea what to do,and the ladies were more than helpful to explain in detail what I had to do. I have to send out a big thank you to both ladies that served me,and commend them both on their professionalism.My usual post office is in Narangba,but I’ve not liked their customer service,so from now on,I’ll take my business to Dayboro.I enjoyed the drive out there too,such beautiful scenery and a lovely small town.
