Worst communication I've dealt with. Ignored all the maintenance issues until we breached them, spoke with owner and he said he gave the go ahead months ago for them to fix stuff. Upon breaching they thought we wanted to leave and seemed their preffered choice because it means less work for them even though they are breaking their trust with the owner. Finally am rid of them just to be informed the bond refund form sent to the RTA had no bank details on it even though I wrote it down at least twice for them. Absolute hopeless workers. Even they changed property managers without informing any clients. Can not expect one thing from this company but bad service with little empathy. Not to mention they lied to us saying they were going to fix simple things like the locks on the door before we moved in. We signed only because they promised it, got into the property and no security what so ever. Took them half a year to give us fly screens as well. They broke lots of entry notices as well, the few times we had builders or maintenance workers over they just showed up unannounced. They don't know the meaning of unprofessional. I was never comfortable in that house based on the lies we entered upon and the never ending battle with them.

Rob Taylor from PRD Nationwide sold my property for me and was extremely professional, considerate, and honest at all times. He provided excellent advice and went all out to showcase the property as often as possible, keeping me informed at every step.
Rob and his assistant Mel went above and beyond when the cyclone caused some damage to the property by dealing directly with the insurance agent's nominated builder to get it repaired.
They also treated the tenant with consideration and respect and helped him find a new home.

Dealing with the completely unprofessional approach of PRD Whitsunday was an experience I would rather forget,. Their lack of care and unprofessional actions caused us much heartache and cost us a lot of money. If you are thinking of doing business with them - DON'T.

Every bit of advice we received proved to be absolutely spot on. We chose to sell our property through PRD because they were the leading agency in the Whitsundays. Our experience showed why they are the best. The agent knew our propert and the local market inside. He explained everything so we could make informed decisions. He worked so hard to get every last dollar for us at auction. Sale delivered as promised. Top marks.

Singularly the most incompetent, self important and unprofessional agents I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid at all costs. These people have wasted my time and money and are mind-bogglingly bad at even the simplest task of an agent. If I could give zero stars I would.
