The staff were good, the motel presentation is looking a little second hand, and could do with a spruce up. A quiet location, the room was tidy and with a comfortable bed.

Comfortable bed, friendly service. Building just a tad overdue for an update.

Friendly staff and reasonable value however the place doesn't present well.
A good work over and some essential maintenance would get an extra 2 stars from me.

    Overall enjoyable.
My 5 girls were in the bungalow. They were happy.
    Clean. A bit cold.
I love the electric blankets, that was a good treat on a freezing night.

Owners refused a bed to 2 tired cyclists competing in the perth to Sydney bike race. Do not stay here.

I had to spend $15 minimum on my card so I asked for no more then a cup off water for my dog and the women who owned the business told me to leave her property and started calling the police!
She was not being considered of an animal so I would hate to see her with her own children
    Would not recommend going here

    Cons
    - Really weird funky on-the-verge-of-vomiting terrible smell
    - Back of rooms area is very messy, has a massive plant stomped and replicates the aftermath of a hurricane natural disaster and provides no separation between the different rooms (Photo 1)
    - Furniture rusted and old outside (Photo 2)
    - Bathroom looks like a psychotic solitary entrapment enclosure (Photo 3)
    - Shower glass cracked (Photo 4)
    - Fridge handle broken, but surprisingly semi-functional (Photo 5)
    - ‘Clean’ glasses are not clean (Photo 6)
    - Air-conditioning unit flaps broken (Photo 7)
    - Roof has weird brown marks and sort of looks like someone smeared faeces (Photo 8)
    - Television is very small (Photo 9)
    - Wall behind the bed has a very colourful and disturbing splatter of disgusting… whatever it is (Photo 10)
    - Toilet paper is very distressing as the sheets are separated individually. As in, rather than doing the classic folding of the toilet paper to wipe, the uncommon method of scrunching to wipe must be utilized (Photo 11)
    - No internet access
    - Lower tier mobile service providers will not receive mobile service
    - Back sliding doors suck
    - Heater/air conditioning unit made so much noise it had me worrying if it was going to transform to Megatron

    Pros
    - Towels provided were neatly rolled
    - Three llamas in the backyard

Are car had broken down so we were looking for a place to stay and Otway junction motor in was the closest place. My wife went in to ask the staff for a room. She came back saying that we could not stay, due to the fact that we had 5 people and they only had rooms for 4 people at most.I needed to use the toilet but as i walked in , one of the staff said to me "sorry, this toilet is only for costumers". Then after we told her that we really needed to go and that we had travelled a long way she said " it's not my problem / fault. However there's a public toilet down the street." So i ended up walking across the street just to go to the toilet. We found this extremely rude especially because this lady was working at an accommodation facility.
