  Can’t imagine there would be a lift company worse than this. They worked to replace a lift in our building for more than 120 days!!!!
  After four months, our lift has faulty almost every week!!!!

  Went for job interview with this company a while ago. The little French HR girl was borderline abusive, rude & aggressive in approach. I certainly wouldn't want to be trapped in an elevator with this mob at the helm.
  
  UPDATE: (RESPONSE TO YOURS) You were fully aware of her actions. Management was right alongside her, assisting throughout the entirety of the interview. Y'all gave a very detailed negative response to the recruitment agency also. So you knew what was up . I was first candidate to be interviewed and you jumped down my throat like a pack of maniacs.

  The worst service I have ever had before. We keep chasing the work for months, the PM needs weeks to reply an single email, he never answer call and We never receive a call back from him. Even a month ago we contacted to someone who look after customer service and never get a response yet. All the team member just read our email each time and no one reply. The only service they offer is empty promises, a lots for us now and still keeping coming.
  3.0 is absolutely over rated!!!

  Be warned! Worst project management I've ever seen in my entire working life. The brand equity that this company places on its consumer perception and experience is ZERO. There is an extreme lack of regard and commitment by this company to deliver on its contractual obligations to its customers. The expectation that this company could charge more for its service because of its brand name is false This company's contractual agreement to install and deliver two new lifts in a hospital in 16 weeks as per the timeline promised by this company has turned into 152 days (and counting) past due date of no communication, miscommunication, mismanagement of sub-contractors, non-conformance after non-conformance of this company's own Safe Work Method Statements, breaches of safe work practices and fire safety protocols, broken promises, missing lift parts, missing labour for days and weeks on end and defects that are still being worked on till this day i.e. project start date: 10.09.2018, today's date 01.08.2019. Trying to keep a sense of humour around it all staff have placed odds on what will be finished first: - the two new hospital lifts or Sydney's light rail project

  OTIS has not fixed the lifts properly in various places in my company in the city Goulburn St and suburb. Like last week people got stuck in the lift for 1 hour. And it got fixed and broke again on Monday. When contacted yesterday they cannot reach anyone in the company.
  
  People have lost items in the lift shaft still get charged $500 whether it is call out or not. The person not only inconvinincon and was patiently waited for next lift service happen. A total rip off. What kind of excellent quality service?
  
  Other lift companies are not like that.
  
  Please any building or deciding what company that needs lift servicing don't use them.
