  Absolutely disgusting service all lies receptionists doesn’t know work schedule got told orthodontist is only available till 3
  Miraculously next day got a call saying they are now available at 5.30

  BEWARE! ALWAYS ASK FOR PRICES BEFORE TREATMENT! Biggest scam artists pretending to be dentists I’ve ever seen. Will throw random charges onto bills to make more $. Money hungry thieves especially Dr Raed and Dr Bashar. Receptionist, Dr Raed’s sheela Hiba is just as bad. STAY CLEAR IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH AND MONEY!

  Where do I start! Dr Raed has been by far the worst dentist I’ve even been to. I did my braces with him and the results I got were worst. After 1 year my teeth started to move and I had gaps in between. He did not give me any retainers after my completed sessions. As a dentist he should know better. I do not recommend him at all. Please do your research before considering going to him. His systems are very bad, he over charges people, sometimes he doesn’t even keep track of the payments that have been made. His wife who works with him as a “receptionist” is very rude and doesn’t listen to patients concerns or questions related to the services provided by her husband “Dr Raed”. Save your money and go to someone else who knows better and does a better job than them. These people only provide bad services.

  The team at Optim are exceptional, would highly recommend. Dr Bashar is really caring, knowledgable and helps me as a patient to understand my treatment plan. I’ve always had a good experience since day 1 and have a huge amount of trust in this team.

  At every appointment, Dr Bashar has been professional and honest, with every procedure ending with amazing results.
