Joseph is the most lovely man,

I couldn't fault him, he has genuine care for people. His repairs speak for themselves. I am so appreciative of the kindness he showed to me and my kids.

The level of customer service is incredible Joseph really did go above and beyond to make my car safe.

I would 100% recommend going to his business. Repairs are made in a timely manner as well without being overly expensive.

The person who owns joseph auto services met me i was in opposite side of his shop and he was selling some kind of discounted car service vouchers for $120 which were valid for quite sometime for honda. I told him I bought this car recently i want it to be serviced from Honda once and if these vouchers still there I’ll buy them when i come back to your shop and his response was No Don’t come to my shop in fact I don’t want you to come to my shop.
I mean is that what professionalism is he want customer to buy his service vouchers with that kind of behaviour.. Wow i was kind of shocked
That’s why I’m rating Poor for this business and will never recommend anyone to get their car serviced from them.
