I love this place.

The Managers at this facility are happy to lie to your face and their upper management. they tell everyone about Opals values, What they don't tell you is these managers don't follow Opals values. If you are looking at this place for a relative my advice would be to look elsewhere.
The food is bad, valuables disappear, and if your family complain about the care, they are liable to be banned or have visitation restrictions imposed. Because they will accuse you of being aggressive and say they need to protect their staff.

Would not put my mother in law in this place
Only given one star because I could not post without it
Managers only interested in how much money they can make off residents.
Food is inedible half the time.
There is systematic bullying of the staff by the managers.
You don't need to worry about care in this place
