  Terrible admin staff, never welcoming, have been stuffed around by them a few times. Booked me into the wrong doctor, ive been seeing a particular doctor for years and they stuffed that up, didn't send a couple of my referrals off as well which were extremely important.
  Told the wrong time to come in to pathology and now having to wait an hour.
  Website says not open Saturdays, door sign says 8am but staff won't let you in until 8:30
  A bit of organisation and consistency would be good!

  Doctor Z was on time, very friendly caring and compassionate. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

  I have been trying for two weeks to find a doctor after my last doctor retired. I could not find any doctor that would have me as a patient due to the medications I take. Then I found Hillcrest and I was seen the day after I rang. The doctor that I saw was a very polite man and understood my problem so he was more than happy to see me as a regular patient. Thank you Hillcrest.

  Went there with my partner because of tummy pain. Saw a lady doctor. Was told might be appendix. And she was right, referred for ultrasound. Went to lrh and had appendix removed the same night. Forever grateful for quick diagnosis and treatment.

  Dr Miriam is very caring dr. She explains everything to you clearly and precisely. You leave feeling 'you're in safe hands'. She was recommended to me. We travel from Warragul to see her and highly recommend her. Thank you Dr Miriam. Gloria Trigg
