I have only used online and delivery side of this business. Parts are always as described and delivery is quite quick. They usually throw a little gift in such as a free air freshener which is a nice gesture. Their customer support is easy to deal with if you having trouble finding a product.

This mob is fantastic. Searched for Shocks for my 4x4 for a long while and could never get the lengths correct. These guys list the majority of their shocks with compressed and extended lengths, which are bang on correct. Top stuff!! They are great shocks too. "Commando"

Great prices. some of the cheaper brand items are not great quality but considering the price its still a good deal. Many well known brand items are less the half price of other parts retailers.
Have had an issue with one item in the past that needed to be exchanged and staff were more then helpful.
I buy parts from here regularly and will continue to do so
