I remember well the stunning location and wonderful trip around the barrier. The hotel is a secluded beach resort amongst lush vegetation. Its beach was beautiful, with strong winds though.

Let me start the way I'll finish - Hopeless
This is the first time I'm leaving a review. Your service is hopeless. We have sat at 2 of your places and no one has noticed us, nor come to place a menu on the table, take a drink order or even look our way.
We have traveled the world. We are Australian and we are ashamed at the lack of service.
Hopeless
Stayed at other one and only resorts around the world, improve or close down.

Incredible pools. Location is amazing. Service is good. Hotel is pricy, as are the additional services, meals etc.

The best resort, loved the room, staff, service, breakfast and most importantly the view is spectacular. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful island, nice hotel but totally useless staff. Inefficient, inexperienced, incapable. bad by 1 star standards. It takes more than a smile and a greeting to deserve a 5 star rating- efficiency and attention to detail are required. Free Water sports inadequate access times. Motorised water sports excessively expensive. Restaurants mediocre. Unfortunately, am unable to recommend this resort.
