Poor advice was given when purchasing product to seal my driveway. I clearly asked for a non slip product as it was a driveway, the sales guy was quick to upsell me on everything i needed to complete the job EXCEPT for the non slip additive. Not being a professional in this field I was relying on the sales persons experience to advise me on what i needed to complete the job. I spent over $1000 on product to find that the product was NOT non slip. When raining I now cannot get my car up the driveway without it sliding. When the counter guy was questioned about this, absolutely no responsibility was taken for the incorrect advice and i was basically told it was my fault, i was told that they are not liable for the advice that they give to customers when recommending their own product. Absolutely appalling attitude towards someone that has just spent over $1000 in store and was completely transparent with the outcome they wanted to achieve. DISGRACEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
