  I sold my Samsung mobile device December 2021 have received payment first week of January 2022 and got the best possible price. And I must mention communication excellent always replies to emails service outstanding I would totally recommend to anyone.

  Look I'll be totally honest because these days customers are always wrong although at least the supervisor can get all your answers sorted & saved a lot of hassle. The charger cable that came with the phone was a nice touch, it did this cool pattern which looks like how I was shown what an atom looks like, very impressive girls ¤

  Was a bit skeptical selling my phones online and sending them over via post from SYD to MEL.
  Received my final offer and payment 2 weeks after they have received the goods due to high volumes of sales request they have, I would still rate them 5 stars.
  They are responsive to emails (thank you Jenny !) and very helpful along the process.
  Got almost what I was quoted for (reasonable offers too btw), except for one phone that failed the performance test.
  Monies were received within 24hrs of final quote acceptance.
  Would definifely use Mobile Guru again in future.

  Thank you to the absolutely wonderful team at Mobile Guru Australia.. my husband had an issue with his phone I purchased from them, I contacted them for help, they promptly replied and I returned the iPhone.. once it was looked over they let me know what was wrong before they did anything and then went ahead with repair.. they have been courteous, kind, customer service is wonderful, I honestly can not thank them enough.. I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone looking to buy a phone or get a phone repaired.. Thanks again guys😊

  Highly recommend them if you wanna sell your old phone! Got a very good price when I went to sell my Galaxy S10 last week! The service was really good and the staff is really friendly. Ended by buying a new case & a screen protector for my new iphone too!
