  We were very pleased with our new bathroom. The works ran like clockwork in a very professional manner. The staff onsite as well as office staff were friendly and helpful.   Our experience with NBS was enjoyable from beginning to end. We looked around at several bathroom companies, and NBS's friendliness and pricing transparency made them a clear winner for us.
  
  When Shane came in to measure and quote, he helped clarify my options and gave helpful suggestions. The design consultation with Julia was terrific. I had a clear idea of how I wanted it to look, and she was able to help make the vision come alive with product suggestions and design guidance for my budget. Adam, the project manager, made the process feel seamless with his excellent communication and taking the time to answer my many questions. All the tradespeople that came through the house were polite and respectful to our home and family. They also made sure to leave the work area as clean as possible daily.
  
  We love our new bathroom, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the team at NBS and would work with them again. Thank you very much!

  A big thank you to Novocastrian Bathroom Solutions for delivering a bathroom renovation which exceeded our expectation! From initial contact with Shane who suggested options we had not even considered to the interior design presented in 3D by Lexy where we were able to visualize the finished product before starting the project, enabling us to make changes which better suited our vision. Jacob our Project Manager who oversaw the project at every stage and who listened to our few concerns and always found the right solution. All the trades people who each came and did their job in a friendly and professional manner and who also communicated with us each step of the way. All of this culminated in us being very happy with our new bathroom!

  From our very first dealings with NBS we knew we were in professional hands!
  Our site visit by Shane, for measure & quote, was seamless, he saw our vision & presented a reasonable honest quote!
  Our designer Lexie was the STAR of the whole bathroom renovation! From day 1 she saw exactly our ideas & 1 visit to the showroom & a few emails was all it took! We really appreciated Lexie's patience, honesty & professionalism!
  Troy, our project manager was always approachable, professional & nothing was ever an issue! Communication was fantastic! We knew exactly who was coming & when!
  Every single tradesperson whom entered our home over the 5 week project, was courteous, professional & the level of cleanliness of the worksite & clean up was perfect everyday! They respected our privacy, our home & our pets! Big shout out to Brad Nelson, our plumber, he was awesome!
  The end results are beyond what we could ever have imagined! Thank you NBS for a beautiful new bathroom!
