  Steve on the phone is very nice. But the worker and the cleaning itself is shoddy. He cleaned about 1m into the duct using a air compressor like one for pumping a bike tyre. Then sprayed some tea tree oil and went home after making a mess.
  
  A full duct clean should be like a vacuum that gets pushed through the whole duct.
  
  Very unsatisfied with the job. Waste of money

  Mr Duct was fantastic. From the initial call with Steve who was extremely polite and provided a competitive quote for the work to Harley who arrived right at the scheduled time to complete the work.
  Harley was extremely professional in his work, cleaned up after himself and even provided me with some practical tips for future maintenance. He was also such a lovely person.
  I would highly recommend Mr Duct Cleaning

  Do not use this company: I would give 0 Stars if I could.
  It took a month to book them in. When the technician arrived he was 1 hour late. Then he decided he couldn't be bothered doing the job and left.
  When we rang the company they said there was nothing they would do - they couldn't care less.
