Excellent service. I bought a caravan scale in middle of covid-19 drama, when other companies took my order and payment, but failed to deliver, I had to wait weeks for the refunds. Autobox didn't muck around - they sent the scales the next day, and the package arrived across the ditch in 5 days. Super impressive. No problems with the product. Thank you Autobox.

Over the past 3 months I have made three separate purchases of Curved Roof Support bars for Caravan Awnings. Each purchase arrived within two business days of my payment.
I would definitely recommend Autobox as a reliable efficient supplier of caravan products.

Terrible service sold a faulty fridge slide with chopping board that doesn't fit in the slide itself ordered online as needed it for a trip had to pay a company to rectify problem not happy at all fridge slide is stiff till pulls out half way it's meant to support a 65litre fridge and struggles with my 45litre. The communication of emails is disgusting when a phone call could of been easier to rectify problems quicker and more efficiently .

I dislike leaving negative reviews for small businesses but I feel compelled as I was sold a faulty boost gauge ($140), had it professionally tested, and email support has not replied to me for over two months now since their first (and only) reply. It would appear that they do not stand behind their products, unfortunately.
