We were referred to James through a friend and had some initial conversations to understand services provided. After our meeting my wife and I were skeptical and left thinking we could do this on our own. James gave us some tools to help and kept checking in periodically to see how we were going. Throughout this time James never charged us. Almost after an year and half we realised we were not making much progress and then formally engaged James and his team. For those that have dealt with James and the NorthEast team this 5 star rating shouldn't come as any surprise.
We have been working with James for about 12 months now and we must commend him and the team for their professionalism and insights into delivering against our goals to improve our financial situation. It's been great to see a dynamic shift in they way we view our money and how we can still maintain a certain lifestyle but with a more structured approach.

It seems a bit too good to be true to be seeing another 5 star rating for James, however we can't fault his expertise and genuine care to help us establish our financial goals. We have never had such clearly defined objectives before! James helped us look at our finances strategically and action us into the impact zone, and he did so with respect and honest conversations. Now, finance is no longer that dirty word - it's great to have someone like James in your corner.
