Evonne does a great job on reception and is very knowledgeable about veterans allowances / procedures covered through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr Sophie explains procedures clearly both before and during treatment and gives options that are available so there are no surprises. Good service provider.

I had an emergency toothache appointment with Dr Rashi and was booked that day. I was given the options to consider and opted to save the tooth with a root canal. The treatment was professional and concise explanations were given at all stages. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend this practice.

I just finished my orthodontic treatment which took few months & now I am all OVER THE MOON with my results! Dr Rash & the team here is absolutely the best!! They explained everything so I knew what was coming and there were no hidden fees. The Dr and the lovely dental nurses always made sure that all the procedures were as painless as possible!

I highly recommend this dental practice for Ortho treatment. Thank you Norlane Dental !!

I went to norlane dental recently for a toothache .The staff is very professional .The dentist who saw me explained all my options and costs prior to treatment .I am getting a root canal done . I had heard so many horror stories about root canals but the dentist was so gentle and unhurried in her treatment, I was actually comfortable during treatment .Highly recommend Norlane Dental .

I have not been to the dentist for many years so I was a little nervous. Finally book the appointment for Implants. Dentist is great! Initial consultation was very informative and she walked me through every step. I especially liked how the doctor spend time and reviewed each shot of my x-rays with me. They discuss with me in detail on the implant procedure / treatment. Finally 4 implants done, great results My family & friends see the change in my smile & confidence. I am now big fan of Norlane Dental Surgery & my entire family shifted here.

For most people, myself included the thought of visiting the dentist procrastinates until we cant chew. The fear of the needle together with the possible drilling is enough to keep most of us away.

Until, however you are blessed enough to have experienced dentist at Norlane Dental Surgery. Dr Rashi has good-humoured and cheerful personality initiates a positive and calming effect on patients, like myself.

I, highly recommend her to all those who have had unfortunate experiences from previous dentist to visit Dr Rashi.

Went there for a check up, was told I needed a root canal. The dentist I saw was leaving the practise and I was her last patient. She rushed through the whole procedure and told me I wouldn't need a crown for a few months. The tooth she worked on started bleeding heavily and developed an infection about three weeks after the procedure. Saw another dentist who said the tooth has fractured and I should have got a crown straight away as there wasnt much of my tooth left, contrary to what the other dentist said. She cleaned my teeth and gave me two weeks to look after it and see her. At this point she had also given me a clean. I got a comprehensive check up and was told that everything is fine, nothing major is required. 3 weeks later I need another root canal and a filling so that check up was a waste! I went to another practise to get a second opinion after three weeks and was told to get another clean as my gums were heavily inflamed and it didnt look like I had got my teeth cleaned so recently. No one knows what they are doing there. I wasted a lot of my money and time there, WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
