Highly recommend ATS Awnings & Additions. We've just had our pergola installed today and couldn't be happier with the build and quality already.

We had an awkward space to work with in the yard of a villa that sits across two height levels, and the team were incredibly helpful in recommending several options for designs until we came up with a solution that we were happy with.

Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, very thorough in their checks several times before installation, and the installation day itself was incredibly fast and clean.

We had obtained quotes from two other companies and the service level and knowledge from these companies was not on par with ATS at all. On both occasions, other companies that quoted sent out inexperienced tradespeople to measure up and scope design who seemed very confused by my questions and requests, providing options that didn't make sense for us.

Our design brief was nailed to every detail discussed and looks exactly how we had visualised. Based on our positive experience I have no hesitation in recommending ATS to any potential customers. My wife and I are very pleased with the carport ATS Awnings built for us. The job was done within the promised time and the staff involved ( Sebastian, Rodney, Cameron and Finn) were courteous, professional and helpful. I highly recommend ATS Awnings to anyone needing to build a carport. It has been a very pleasant experience. Great job guys - wish you all the best for the future.

I recently had an insulated awning and timber deck installed by ATS Awnings and Additions and I am extremely happy with how it turned out. The team at ATS were all great but a special thankyou to Cameron (and his apprentice) for always being punctual, hard working and professional and also Rodney (foreman) who due to delays as a result of bad weather kept me updated weekly as to a when work would commence and also maintaining good communication and professionalism after the job had started. Would highly recommend ATS Awnings.

Professional, reliable and prompt! ATS have been amazing through our pergola build. From sales who turned up when advised, price was very reasonable, to the office staff who reply instantly to any query, to site inspection and install, this process has been flawless. The finished product is amazing. Very happy and would recommend!
