I have been purchasing gym equipment from Nirvana for approximately 12 months and have made about 10 to 20 purchases in this time. Previous to this I used the same supplier for about 10 years (since closed) to set up and add to a comprehensive home gym. Today I returned a piece of faulty equipment. This is the true test of customer support and I was delighted with the outcome. Upon explanation of the issue the team was very apologetic and explained how it may have occurred. They immediately offered a replacement or refund. No questions asked. I decided on a generous store credit and was able to pick up some more items that I needed. The team took photos of the weld error with the view of sending this back to their manufacturer for process improvement. Once this was done I was offer the equipment with the suggestion that I could use the parts for spares or look to weld repair the issue independently. What more could anyone ask for. Add this to the range, quality and value of all of Nirvana’s offerings make this business your 1st stop for gym equipment.

Placed my order just before Christmas. Even with the hectic Christmas rush, my product was dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. Very happy with the quality and price of the rubber olympic plates. Will be purchasing more products through them.

Quick efficient service, good quality and cheap competitive prices. I found a lot of online fitness stores had shipping containers arriving but were not accurate in their estimates causing long delays. Nirvana already had the stock ready to go and shipping containers constantly arriving. Built my whole gym collection from them. Very happy :)
