My partner and I made an enquiry on a rental property with century 21. We were pleasantly surprised to receive such a fast and professional response from Bryan in regards to organising and applying for the property.
We are able to lease the perfect home for our little family and I can honestly say I don’t think it would have been possible if it wasn’t from the assistance from Bryan! So professional and communicates with us during the whole process, we couldn’t be happier.

I have been a client of Century 21 Kellyville for the last 5 years as a tenant. Throughout this time, the property managers have been exemplary with their undoubted professionalism and dedication. Whenever an issue arose, they were on the task at hand in a timely manner and resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. Through the process of now moving interstate, Bryan has been a defining part of this process by going above and beyond helping out with references and polishing final details of moving out of the property. The communication and transparency have been such a relief to make this process just that little bit easier. I would recommend this agency to almost anyone who would want to have a team of professional, dedicated property managers to either look after their properties or rent through.

Great Work
Frank and his team at Century 21, Kellyville did a excellent job selling our home. He was motivated from the onset, knowledgeable regarding the suburb, showed real interest and excellent communication with the vendor and the tenants during the process. I would highly recommend Frank and his team to anyone looking at selling their property.

Very good communication and professionalism

Frank is a true expert in real estate and knows the market very well. The final sale price is perfectly in his proposed price range. The communication with Frank is always smooth and he does everything he can to help both the vendor and buyers. I highly recommend Frank to all vendors.
