  The flour of pizza 5 stagio or other from that supplier are not working the dough is not elastic that demage the product. should not sell umid flour

  One of the worst service ever. Im a private, and I ordered from them 3 times, and for a private significant amount of money per order (more than $300 on average).
  First, in all 3 shipment, something got lost (and for something I mean A WHOLE BOX). Useless to say that they always balmed the courier: fair, it can be the case, but 3 times out of 3..? Weird.
  
  But this is not it. At all. Last order happened last week. This time not just one box full of rice got lost, but
  In the box containing the peeled tomatoes tins, out of 24 tins, 21 were severly damaged: they presented dents so deep that they are no longer safe to consume.
  I called the client service, and the girl said that "It is not that we dont trust your word, but you need to provide picture of every tin.". WOW! Just WOW!!! Time is money lady. I still did it, send the email with the pictures. The client service lady called me the day after saying that her supervisor "accepted to refund me", but since I got so many problems in all 3 shipments
  THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT MY ORDERS ANYMORE TO PROTECT THEIR GOOD NAME. (As it wsa my fault)
  Good name??? This is your idea of a good business??? Again, even if the box was PERFECTLY INTACT, they still blamed the courier.
  Scammers.

  These guys are the best! We received our delivery within 2 days of the order being processed. Always amazing service and great quality produce. It's a little taste of Napoli that's now delivered straight to your door. With a great selection of pasta, wine, olive oil and ingredients. Not to forget Moreno coffee pods which are always on our order. It's always great to see the Napoli van pull up out the front of the house.
