The food is delicious and healthy. I feel very blessed to have a place like this to have a guilt free lunch. Great coffee and smoothies at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly too.
Drinks are fine, but I've eaten from here twice now and both times have unfortunately been a let down. The first was a poached chicken zoodle bowl; after 3 bites I felt sick. The flavours were just wrong and didn't complement each other. I thought I'd give them another chance and tried the salmon sashimi poke bowl but I don't know how they could call this a poke bowl. There was hardly any brown rice and it was very undercooked. The salad part was a lot bigger than expected but very creamy and not the kind you would expect in a poke bowl. Don't think I'll be trying their food again. I've had their juices though and they're good value for money.
Had high expectations with the aesthetics of the cafe, however compared to fishbowl was super disappointing!! Had about 1 bite and threw straight into the bin. Worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. Waste of $20 if you ask me… Juice was nice though so that’s something atleast😅
If you’re looking for something delicious and healthy (very hard to find these days), do order here.
Harvest Bowl has achieved something that is difficult. Making healthy super delicious.
I had the Brisket sweet potato bowl.
12 hour braised brisket, sweet potato, edamame, cabbage slaw, kale, golden beetroot, wasabi peas, lemon olive oil dressing, teriyaki glaze.
It’s packed with fresh ingredients, great flavours, and it’ll make you happily full. Highly recommended and it’s worth every penny.
Interior is also nice, simple and clean.
For these reasons I give this place 4 bears.
Wanted a little something in the afternoon to keep us going for the day until dinner.
My partner and I thought a toast might be a good choice for us to share.
Did not expect a $13 item to be a singular slice of toast smaller than the size of my hand.
And the toppings weren’t even delicious (or fresh ☹️) enough to warrant the price at all! And for that price, you would expect at least 2 slices of toast.
I haven’t tried the other items, but I would steer clear of the toast items unless you want to be disappointed.
The food seems to focus more on aesthetics as opposed to taste ☹️
