No wonder they where fined $25,000 Has to be the worst Nandos in western Australia fined for inadequate temperature control, unclean premises, unclean equipment and failure to maintain premises in good state of repair

If I could score a zero I would have !!!! I ordered a Medium/mild Whole Chicken and 2 large sides got home dished up start eaten and it was HOT !!!! phone the store back the male who answered the ph was very understanding then put me on the ph to an female who firstly I could not undetstand then she argue the order !!! Seriously who will eat hot if I grew up with Nandos and always always had medium!! Then she said if you had of the chicken which yes! We tadted it but couldn't eat it as it wad to hot she would change it !! Then hear her on the till and then going sorry made a mistake !!! DINNER RUINED!!!! WOULDN'T GO THERE AGAIN surely i would not waste my time on the phone if i could enjoy dinner BAD !

Wow the staff are just so nice their wraps and chicken and rice and spices are the best! I love how their boss is very kind and when I put a complaint in they didn't spit in it like some other Nandos do I love the idea how if it's your birthday you get a free balloon SO COOL However it's does take 2 minutes for your food to arrive which I have no prob with but if your in a hurry and your meeting starts in 1 minute and 59 seconds oh well but anyway I love this is better than most nandos keep up the good work

Don't go here if you're looking for a nice dining experience. Chicken was nice, but they got my (very simple) order wrong, plus it came out lukewarm. The woman at the front counter was very unfriendly and hard to understand. There are much better Nando's out there.
