  I found Computershare is non-user-friendly investor's account. The problem I faced which I believe they should look into improving are following;
  1. Login is a painful process, should be a lot user-friendly
  2. If you change your address all your holdings will disappear from your profile, WHY?
  3. To access your shares you need to register again with new user-ID and fill in all information which is also a very time consuming, again WHY?
  4. You can not delete/deactivate your profile, you have to call or email, strange, but don’t mind it, preferably should be able to do it without contacting Computershare.
