We attended the Ettingshausen's "On Broadway" end of year concert at this venue last night and were very impressed with the theatre and the facilities. It's a spectacular building and enjoyed looking around he costume displays the foyer area, whilst sipping a glass of champagne from the bar. The theatre itself is impressive with comfortable seating and good,widespread views to the stage from most rows. We were fortunate to be mid centre, a few rows back from the front, so we had exceptional seating. There was ample parking, no issues there. All in all we had a great experience at this venue and look forward to returning to see another production here.

One of the leading schools in dramatic art. There are plenty of short courses and bachelors as well as masters degrees for the entertainment industry. There are productions made by the students in June and October each year.

Not worth the money for the writing course or the acting course.

Skills taught were already know by the vast majority of the attendants.

Most other children were forced by parents to show up.

Just because NIDA has turned out some actors does not mean it puts out workshops for the public.

Toddler son attended fun class for 50 minutes a month ago. Had lots of fun. Price was very reasonable for well known/esteemed institution. Would definitely recommend as a fun way for kids to use their imagination and have fun in a relaxed environment. The two people who led the class were fun and easy going. Good introduction to the place as a taste.

Nice ambience although poor air circulation. Air conditioning wouldn't go astray. Amenities in disarray.

Your MUCH ADO is an absolute joy. Every member of the cast celebrated Shakespeare with energy, vitality and intimacy. The set was glorious, the choice of music just great but the acting was a revelation: a young cast revelling in the wit and inviting the audience into the core of the comedy and action. May every member of a memorable cast find a career on the Australian stage and in film and the best of television. Thank you too to the director for an interpretation that was alive, funny and spirited. Tonight you sent me from the theatre with a huge smile on my face and a with a warm glow. The piece will stay with me for weeks!!
