I had really great time getting my RSA done from Edway. The trainer Mark Almond was really amazing. He made everything so fun filled and interesting sharing his experiences and incidents that we might come up to as well.

6 hours felt like 2 hours.

What I thought was going to be a dull class turned out to he the opposite. Angela is an amazing teacher who has plenty of industry experience who makes learning the content fun.

I gonna add another negative review and I am agree with another person who has said that australian people use to be helpful and kind, exactly this place is the exception of the rule. I can undertand the rules are rules, but let me out with 95 points identification, no refunding the money of the course (just 50 dollars of 109), and you have to pay 20 dollars more if you have to reserve again. In this moments the situation is hard for every one and let someone on the street for 5, points of ID, that's not a helpfull company. And I will tell you if is true that the woman who is on the entrance receiving the people is the director (that was what she said) you shoudl think about put a person who knows how to talk to the people and give a cordial treatment, no trat the people as numbers.

Very good service, very clean for these COVID times. The courses (RSA/RCG) were very insightful and easy to follow. Instructors were very informed and kind.
