We've been using MYOB for 5 years approx. Software is very good, but their help is anything but helpful - I've only called a handful of times over the last few years, but I have been given incorrect advice by the MYOB staff and experienced rude staff with bad attitudes, which really is a big let-down for the company.

As a long term user and loyal customer of MYOB I have recently experienced continual problems with 2 factor authentication. Despite calls to Customer service it still has nit been resolved.

Using MYOB Live has changed the way we process accounts in such a positive way! Sure, it has its moments but what program doesn't? I would highly recommend MYOB to any business needing a reliable accounting software program.

Thanks so much to MYOB staff for your assistance in helping me set up my new version of your software called Accounts Right. I am not super computer literate but Bridget was awesome and extremely patient as we worked through the installation process. The new program is great and the new features are great. 5 stars for sure
