Lucky on 2 occassions. However If 13 cabs could already be aware of possible faketaxi calls being made against me from other people within my location that would be most appreciated thanks.

Booked a taxi ahead of time and after 40 minutes past time they still didn't turn up or call to let us know they were running late. Ruined our night. Never again will l use or recommend 13CABS

Left my backpack in the cab from Port Melbourne to my hotel. Called company straight away and the girl was totally disinterested and unhelpful. She said she could not contact drivers on a Sunday and I would have to wait until Monday! Luckily for me the driver contacted me and drove the bag to me. Hussein is an awesome guy but Customer service sucks!!!

Recently in Sydney Australia and we took a cab from our hotel to the port which is the same distance that we took every day for sightseeing and was charged triple the amount by the 13 cab driver number 2062 our hotel Bellman loaded the luggage without any difficulty when we arrived at the port the cab driver indicated that it was too heavy for him to lift he not only overcharged us was very rude and refused to give us a card with his name did not have his name posted where it could be seen; gave my sister difficulty with giving her change talked very rudely to her and attempted to pull off prior to her receiving all of her items off the backseat if you’re traveling to sydney please Please avoid the cab company called 13
Finally I must add that we are African-Americans and I took it as a racial issue!!!!!!response / report this review
