  Very inexperience and lazy new receptionist staff. Visiting this since four years but disappointed this time.
  On my scheduled appointment i called and they asked me to come inside and have a seat. After waiting one hour i asked about my number in queue and they told me its too late now.
  I was not inthe car which makes sense along with their ears they don't see who is in waiting area with their fake smiles on face.

  I cannot thank the receptionist enough (Thursday 6th January, 2.25pm) to be exact who has helped me tremendously with my sons immunisation history as well as emailing me through what I needed. Very prompt and professional service. I greatly recommend this medical center who I have stayed with since migrating here from New Zealand.

  There is always something I have booked 4 appointments in the last few months and 3 of them had to be rescheduled according to them. The male receptionist is also very rude, forgot to let the GP know I had arrived which resulted in me having to wait 35min for my appointment and then he made a snappy comment as I walked in! Terrible service, but the doctors are very nice and amazing. I feel sorry for them.

  Irresponsible and very rude regarding babies specially.. plz don't take things for granted.. it's about someone's life or death..
