Turned up 45 minutes late, didn’t answer phone calls, increased the price on arrival and required payment upfront before the job was done - and then didn’t even do the job properly.

The attached pictures were taken AFTER the apparent cleaning job was done. You be the judge.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and bad business. Avoid at all costs.

Firstly, they didn't turn up on scheduled day. I had to phone them and ask where they were. Secondly, when they arrive on rescheduled day they try to bump the price up by 3x the original quote. Absolute extortion! I own the house so I didn't need them. Would hate to have relied on them to get a bond back from a rental. Will be reporting to ACCC for extortionate practices to save other people from being caught out by these folks who have zero integrity.

lucky to get 1 star I just asked how much to get a 2 bedroom unit cleaned and all I got was "sorry not interested" and hung up very rude and unprofessional never using them

Excellent cleaners. JS Cleaning did a bond cleaning job for me at short notice (same day) and really helped me out when I needed a property returned to a very high standard for Airbnb. They were on time, friendly and completed the work to a very high standard. Very easy to deal with, an excellent experience all around.

Do NOT use this company for your bond clean. They will cost you money.
I had to use this company as my original bond clean service cancelled with short notice. And this company is the only one I could find able to do on that day. They quoted a pretty cheap price, but once they turn up and count blinds etc the price is typical of a normal bond clean.
Our real estate agent rang them up and asked to rectify many issues. Floors not mopped in kitchen and living room. Walls not even spot cleaned. Light switches not even wiped down. They refused to come back and rectify. They also did not clean light fittings or clean internal windows.
Our agent has to book a new cleaner to rectify, and sadly it will effectively be a full bond clean again. Only the Oven cupboards and counter tops do not have to be redone. Steer clear of this company as best you can. And do not believe the 5 star reviews.
