The technician that came out to do the inspection was great so 3 stars to him. ⭐️ I had quite a bit of trouble with the office trying to charge me for a service they didn’t do. If you use them check your Invoice.

Quoted double the price of other companies, however could do the service the quickest so went with them. They failed to advise of the day they would actually come, and showed up unannounced. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t use them again

In this case the service was great. Initial inspection thorough and treatment booked in and carried out within a week. The reps both went above and beyond with their service. could not have gone better.
However, we have another treatment that urgently requires attention and after accepting quote on 4/4/22 still waiting to hear from them. Phoned office with no satisfaction.
Would have given 5 star rating going by the termite inspection/treatment but the other treatment is very disappointing.

Right from the start Ian was exceptional with quoting our property for a termite treatment. Kane the technician was very efficient and hard working, tidied after his works and left a professionally completed job with no traces of him ever being inside our house. Highly recommend them to anyone needing pest treatment done.

Called looking for assistance with a domestic pest problem. They advised me that they could not book me in for a few weeks due to high demand but offered free assistance on how I could try and resolve it myself. They even suggested I bring in some bugs for identification and they did so when they had the time then dropped of my tupperware I used to capture them after they finished work. Very helpful people especially considering it made them no money. Much appreciated.

I have had Murray Pest control out a few times and the staff have always been reliable prompt and friendly. Today I had Amy come and look at my pest issue and she was incredible- she is definitely an asset to your company. She was so friendly and informative I feel more equity then ever to handle my rodent situation and will definitely be recommending Murray Pest control :)

Technician Stefan Hacker did an excellent job of identifying a case making clothes moth as the source of our problem. He handled the matter with considerable efficiency and professionalism. He was a delight to deal with and we would definitely use his services and that of Murray Pest Control again in the future.
