Bought their security door with the Crimsafe mesh and was sold a door that I believed had a 25 year warranty. It’s all over their website. Had countless issues with them not being able to attach my door to the door jamb without using an excessive amount of screws. They could not find a solution! As a single woman with a disability, I had to come up with a solution.
So after 4 years, I have watched the powder coating flake off and the door slowly deteriorate. So, I thought I would call them to see if they would fix my door only to find out that the warranty is 24 months! They specifically worded the invoice so that they could cover their butts.
Sneaky, dishonest company. Would never buy from these people again. Will tell as many people as possible too to make sure on the invoice that it’s written correctly and don’t fall for the smooth sales pitch.response / report this review -

Very impressed with MSD. Communication always prompt and up to date.
All representatives were professional and friendly.
SMS texts kept me informed around delivery date and time when John would arrive.
John did a fabulous job of installing our double security doors.
Have recommended your company to people already.

We had our door installed by MSD Epping and have to say we are extremely impressed best quality security door on the market the sales staff are very helpful as we had lots of questions and where not sure which door would suit our purpose. When they came to measure we found our door frame was 16mm out of square so I was a bit worried about the gap’s being consistent as a carpenter myself I was going to fit the door but no, it was part of their service great one less job for me. The guys that came to install the door where very friendly and professional and where done in about 1/2 an hour and the door fitted perfectly.They also didn’t take a deposit and billed us once the door was installed. Overall fantastic service from start to finish

From start to finish. MSD has been great to deal with. The sales guy was insightful and informative but not pushy. The installation of the Crimsafe door was quick and professional. The following installation by John and trainee Kevin for our sliding doors was highly professional, well-mannered and polite. John even noticed our Crimsafe door was not closing as well as it should and advised, that he would look into this before he left. He then, fixed it on his way out! I was going to raise it but was amazed that he saw it and flagged it before I could upon entry to our home. I've had a bunch of other installers in our new home recently to do window furnishings etc and none of them has provided the level of care and professional service as John. Would highly recommend MSD and say you should request John for the installation.

We had our crimsafe laser cut design door installed over the weekend & I can't stop admiring it!!! From the beginning to the end the company has been so professional. When we went to the showroom in Epping, the gentleman was so helpful & knowledgeable about the products. The sales person who came to measure was extremely friendly & explained in detail the processes, & the gentleman who can to install was friendly, efficient & cleaned up after himself. From the ordering process until installation the company always kept us in the loop, & they were always accurate with the times. No waiting around for nothing. Thank you, I would definitely recommend them.

Some of the worst communication we have ever had. Then after we make contact everything is miraculously ready; but only half the product shows up with again no communication.
Staff need to work on their customer service as do managers.
We all understand Covid has made things extra challenging but 5 months from day of quote to installation is not acceptable.
Amazing how quickly you wanted your money after all this.
The only thing saving you is the bloke who did the installation, he had great customer service and attention to detail (maybe get him to give some pointers to your other staff).response / report this review -

Professionalism and service rarely experienced these days. I had 3 doors installed, a slight hitch with one which was rectified without question.
I have no hesitation in recommending MSD to anyone who cares to ask.

Laurie & Mark are Fantastic! They arrived as advised, they are the most Professional, Proficient, Courteous and lovely team to have instal my security door. They went far and beyond to ensure I was happy with installation. They also showed me, in detail, to get the maximum use of door. Cannot recommend them highly enough. MSD must feel very proud to have such Great Professionals!! The whole process with MSD from Customer Care, Sales to Installation was easy and pleasant!
