  When we first had someone come out to do the measure and quote they were great. Very helpful and friendly so we agreed to the quote and signed up straight away. This was early December 2020 and we were told there was a delay and backlog so it wouldn’t be installed until February, which we agreed to and said yep no problem. With the current climate we’d expect something like that could happen.
  
  After February came and went with no communication at all I called up to find out when we would be getting our door installed and was told that is was almost finished being made and we would get a call the following week to organise installation. A week went by without hearing anything so I called again and was told they didn’t know what was happening but someone from head office would call me by the end of the day. A couple of days went by and nothing again so I had to call up again and was told they also didn’t know what was happening but would follow up for us.
  A few days later I received a call (by now it’s April) and was told it would be getting installed in May sometime. When I asked what was happening and why such a delay without any communication I was bluntly told “I’m just calling to tell you it’s May, that’s all”.
  I sent an email asking what was going on and received no response at all.
  Once I finally received a call regarding installation, I was given only 2 dates for all of May that they could actually install it, 2.
  Friends of ours built a 50sqr home in pretty much the same time that it took for us to get 1 door installed.
  The product is great, don’t get me wrong, but the communication and customer service was some of the worst I have encountered. I’m fine if things are going to be held up for some reason but how about let your customers know what’s going on instead of keeping them in the dark and making them chase for answers.
  It took over 5 months to get our door installed.

  I have just had a Crimsafe door installed by MSD Doncaster and could not be happier. From the initial visit to their showroom, the measure and advice by Greg who was spot on with this colour advice to the installation the service and quality was excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer.

  My wife and I bought a new home and MSD and the estate agent were awesome enough to have the doors measured up before settlement meaning the first day we got the keys to move into the newly built home MSD installed the doors. The two installation guys were friendly and professional and did a great job. The frames for the doors match the house perfectly colour wise like they've always been there. I couldn't be happier with my experience with MSD
