very comfy bed, room was very nice. hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Container
in the room with cutlery and plates, toaster etc. if you want to stay without spending a fortune this is good value for money.

Pro: The place was clean and comfortable and would recommend from that perspective. Con: booked through Expedia and when we arrived the motel told us it was $50 more per night as we got the 2 night rate but were only staying one night. Expedia still stated that it was a one night rate. We had a confirmation email from expedia with the price. Ended up getting a credit from Expedia by chasing it but the motel wasn't willing to sort it out with expedia but offered to only charge $30 more instead of $50. Not great customer service from my perspective.

Loud banging all through night from nearby mill or something
Wifi wasn't available
Hot water in shower went from hot to cold several times

This was a decent room size. The air-conditioning was not working but there was a fan, so that was good. The bathroom was soo tiny, you could barely move around.

Very good hospitality by the staff. Very near to the tourist spot - Blue Lake. Rent is also reasonable

Don't waste your money and time! Bad people! We forgot our kids clothes and called straight away, the lady said there is no clothes left behind. I called her again, she said there was some clothes in your room but she said that ' I threw in rubbish bin'. Such a worse place to stay :( :(

The room was recently renovated and had a great bed, aircon, TV, view, decent parking and the staff were really nice. Bathroom facilities were decent and the kitchen had all you could want. Its location is in the heart of Mt Gambier and is near both the blue lake and sinkhole. Great stay, would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay for the price.
