Has this place changed hands? Pizza is sooooo greasy, got wedges and something is up with the sauce and the atmosphere is totally different. Lady on the phone was lovely when I ordered. Just went in no "hello" the only acknowledgment was that the lady slumped over the desk. No goodbye, have a good night, enjoy your meal. Nothing compared to what it used to be

Two stars only because there are worse places in Carrum Downs.
Soggy pizza base (wet would be a better word), toppings buried under the cheese (they are called toppings for a reason) way too much onion - made it taste like a cheese onion soup on a wet pancake. The tomato sauce was not cooked so made the pizza even more soggy.Not cut properly - when picked up one slice it pulled the whole top of pizza with it.
For boasting an Italian Family label they could try better.
Overall sloppy, tasteless, low quality ingredients (green capsicum, brown onion, thick shredded ham-paper flavor)
You`d think a place with so much staff would find at least one person capable of making the simplest dish in the world.

This was a dinner stop for us when we were down this way- food was always okay. We won't be back. Waited way to long for our order. No apology no explanation and very rude.

Good late night food. Super friendly service. Open till 10. The only down side is they have out dated menues posted in apps and online causing your food not to get delivered and menulog holding your money for a week, this only happeneds with online orders.
