So the staff seem quite friendly and are willing to help you out. But they are severely under staffed. Just to have some medals mounted, I was told 8 weeks. Although they sorted out my ribbon bar on the spot and was reasonably priced. Their parking isn't very good, maybe 4 spots out the front. Their shop front has heaps of items for sale. Other then the long waits of mounting and parking. This place really is quite good.

If you are after friendly professional service then this is the place to go. They have a beaut variety and even posted an item to me that was out of stock. Shay was terrific and the "old fella" Arthur is pretty good as well. For all memorabilia always go to this great establishment.

Wow had such a amazing experience would definitely recommend. Had my medals mounted and they done a superb job and they look amazing. Also they have a huge stock and I definitely walked out with more than I originally went in for also 5 stars to the cute girl who works there unfortunately didn't get her name maybe next time as I will be back 😊

I would only give this shop one star from one staff member willing to help. Rude staff who really didn't look it act interested at all even when I approached for some advice I got directed and that was it. I agree with the review given by Jasmine a year ago seems they haven't changed. Will never go there again and wouldn't recommend any work colleagues to go.
