Joe was honest, prompt and responsive. His trades were professional with fantastic attention to detail and cleanliness.
Some minor unforeseen issues on installation day were overcome without the slightest hassle.

I don't think I've ever enjoyed communicating with anyone working on our house as much as I have enjoyed Joe and his excellent team. I really was blown away by their service, professionalism, attitude, workmanship; the whole package. We had two split a/c units installed, both in reasonably tricky spots. When our older a/c systems need replacing we'll ask Joe to do those too. I imagine there isn't a better service in SA!

We recently had a new AC unit installed in our house since our previous one broke down. Jo and his workers completed the job in a very efficient manner without any flaws. He also recognised a hazardous problem in our roof and gave us very good advice to deal with that. I highly recommend using Metro Air Conditioning's service.

Joe and his team of installers were exceptional. Honesty and professional with his advice and product recommendation to suit our specific needs.
Very punctual and installed the RC complete unit ahead of the original date provided. Plus cleaned up after themselves. Also provided gyprock repairer who also provided a ceiling finish with no joins visible.

We had a family member direct us to Joe instead of going through another company and we couldn’t be happier, we unfortunately had a two month delay with our concrete paths getting done, but Joe was more than happy to wait with us, they installed all the internal works until the path was down. We just got our outdoor until installed so it’s going to be nice to use our aircon as it’s starting to get hot again.

If you are wanting to get an air con installed go through Joe, his service is second to none and his guys are incredibly respectful of your home as well
