We have just completed two full reno's of the ensuite and main bathrooms. Both at the same time! Support in planning, recommendations in helping to understand the process and selecting product was very professional. Bathrooms are Us staff were 1st class in workmanship, communication and reliability. Highly recommend.

Total Perfection! The design suggestions were brilliant. Removal of the total existing bathroom was clean and tidy. The new installation proceeded on time and was carried out efficiently. We are totally satsfied with the results. No aspect of the process could have been improved in the slightest!

When we finally decided on the basin mixer for our bathroom renovation we found it was discontinued. After much hunting, Bathrooms R Us managed to find one in their old stock, posted it to us the next day and sent BOTH an email and sms message to confirm the we had received it the day it was delivered. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
