I had a most enjoyable shopping experience at Thomas Jewellers Warrnambool recently while shopping for a 70th birthday gift. Tim showed me a lovely range of diamond jewellery before I finally decided on a beautiful diamond pendant followed up with a 18ct gold necklet to further enhance the pendant. I highly recommend Thomas Jewellers in Warrnambool and in particular the excellent customer service I received from Tim.

Went to Thomas jewellers Warrnambool to buy some new jewellery with a voucher I received as a gift. I was served by Michele who was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much. She had a huge knowledge of different jewellery and brands and took time to show me pieces around the store that I otherwise would not have looked at and helped me purchase some beautiful new items! Will definitely be returning to see Michele when I next need some jewellery or to buy a gift!

Went to Thomas Jewellers, Warrnambool for an insurance claim and Tim and Gerry couldn't be more helpful. They communicated between my insurance agent and myself with an outstanding outcome.
