Stage 1: We are thrilled with our Melbourne Plantation Shutters provided so far for sash windows on our 1890's Victorian home, and are looking forward to the next installation. We are equally thrilled by the service and attention to detail provided by all the MPS staff involved.

I built a new home this year and specifically wanted plantation shutters made from Canadian western red cedar wood. After a bit of research I was surprised to find that despite the multiple places selling plantation shutters Melbourne Plantation Shutters were the only company in Melbourne that provided plantation shutters in Canadian WRC wood. From my first call with Jodie I was impressed with the service - I explained exactly what I wanted and she was extremely helpful with assisting me with my needs. The interior designer Deb came to our home whilst under construction. Deb provided invaluable advice and ideas - and she was so helpful with all my window needs that we ended up purchasing Plantation shutters, Blinds and even curtains from this company. The shutters/blinds and curtains were installed and whilst there were a couple of hiccups along the way I was very impressed with the customer service throughout this process by everyone that worked for this company. I was absolutely thrilled with my Plantation shutters and impressed by how much Deb and the team ensured that everything was perfect and that I was totally happy with the products and service.
Five months on not only do I love the look of all my windows but love walking into my front room to the smell of the Canadian western red cedar wood - there is nothing like it. I highly recommend Melbourne Plantation Shutters to anyone wanting quality workmanship and service and recommend Deb to assist with the interior decoration.
