Typical maccas with a compact yet undercover playground. Easy to find location.

They serve the best Krusty Burgers in Melbourne by far, occasionally Krusty makes in store appearances and they state that they clean the restaurant at least once a year

Worst maccas in the area. Stuffed up my order again today. How hard is it to put fries in a bag? Check that there is sauce for the nuggets? Or even the nuggets! Staffed by incompetent trainees. Lead by bad management

This place constantly amazes me by its absolute dedication to a lack of service.
* The staff look & act liked they'd rather be somewhere else.
* Consistent 10-15 min wait for meals. A friggin hash brown & coffee saw a 10 min wait.
* Ive seen a young guy emptying bins & handling someone's burger bun. No change of gloves! & yes I made management aware.
Today was another wonderful adventure. After waiting in drive thru long enough that I thought my car was about to overheat. I finally get my medium cheeseburger meal & this is the chips you give me. I don't remember asking for a half a serve 🤔
I will now be driving elsewhere for my maccas fix. This store is truly pathetic & does not deserve your money!response / report this review -

I use many McCafes in the local area. This one is lacking in the friendliness and atmosphere of the others. Service can be very slow.

Not happy with 15 minute wait for one burger while rest of order sat under lights and drinks warmed up on the bench. No apology provided for the delay and despite assurance food would be fresh and warm, our burgers were cold. Manager couldnt be bothered trying to make the situation better, didnt talk to me, she only told off her cook even though the fault looked like she have given drive through one of our burgers which led to the delay. Not impressed McDonalds.

Worst McDonald's ever, do not waste your time or money.
Consistently stuff up orders and they never repeat the order when handing the bag over.
Food quality terrible

I am extremely disappointed at the customer service this store provides. I would be interested to know what profit you guys make because the orders I have received in the past have ALWAYS had errors.
Missing items. Medium meals instead of large. Ask for tomato sauce with my kid's nuggets, get sweet n sour. Get a coke with my partner's meal -no ice. All little issues, but they are constant.
I have even tried to call to express my concerns at different times. Good luck having someone answer.
The closeness of the store was the only reason I continued to come to your restaurant. I'm now going to start driving an extra 10 minutes down the road to either Mooroolbark or Bayswater.response / report this review -

Every McDonald's restaurant seems to have a problem on making the hamburger that they advertise. The staff always seem to have a problem on how to make the most basic hamburger on the menu. I believe the management of all McDonald's venues should do spot checks on making sure that the products that they are sending out are if up most quality as advertised in all their pictures and advertisements. I only eat hamburgers / Jr burgers and every McDonald's restaurant I have to return the burger at least two times to have it made correctly, it is the most basic burger on your menu yet it is the most messed up burger that I have come across.

Sorry Maccas, you've done it again. Taken a good idea and stuffed it. Your new gourmet meals are nothing on creating your own burger. I won't be eating your burgers again.
